Pam Nelson and
Shayna Osborne
both started their careers in the retirement field in the
late 1980’s, while working together at the largest
pension firm in the valley-a firm founded in 1978 by
Shayna’s father, Jim Osborne. Each partner started from the
bottom, answering phones, copying, filing, etc and worked
their way up to Senior Administrators/Consultants. In 2001,
Pam and Shayna joined as partners and developed
Osborne
& Nelson, Inc.
With over
25 years of combined experience in the retirement industry,
this consulting firm specializes in the Design and
Administration of Qualified Retirement Plans including
Pension, Profit Sharing, 401(k), New Comparability,
Age-Weighted and Defined Benefit Plans.
